This AGE VERIFICATION AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made between Helptimize, Inc. ("Company") and any person ("User") who completes the registration process for an account with the Company’s service ("mService"). Company
and User are collectively called the “parties.”
BY CLICKING THE ACCEPTANCE BUTTON OR ACCESSING, USING OR INSTALLING ANY PART OF THE SERVICE, USER EXPRESSLY AGREES TO AND CONSENTS TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. USERS MUST SELECT THEIR AGE BY CHECKING THE BUTTON INDICATING AGE OF USER. ONE OF THE AGE AGREEMENTS MUST BE SELECTED OR HELPTIMIZE WILL PROMPTLY CANCEL THIS TRANSACTION AND USER MAY NOT ACCESS, USE OR INSTALL ANY
PART OF THE SERVICE WITHIN THE HELPTIMIZE APPLICATION AND DESKTOP PROGRAM
Service Terms
The Service is proprietary to the Company and it is protected by intellectual property laws and international intellectual property treaties. User’s access to the Service is limited to those users over the age of 18.
By clicking below, you agree you are 18 years of age or older. Individuals under 18 years of age shall not be permitted to use the Helptimize Company’s Application and Desktop services program at this time. Soon we will have a teenager process and a new agreement will be issued.
I DECLARE UNDER PENALTY OF PERJURY UNDER THE STATE OF WASHINGTON AND U.S. FEDERAL LAW THAT THE ABOVE AGE (18 Years or above) VERIFICATION IS TRUE AND CORRECT. IF FOR ANY REASON THE AGE VERIFICATION IS PROVED FALSE, THEN YOU MAY BE SUBJECT TO PROSECUTION AND, IN ANY EVENT, SHALL BE DISQUALIFIED FROM ANY USE OF THE COMPANY'S SERVICE.
